    ENTITLEMENT
a) Gold Full Term - 2 hotel rooms for 8 days / 7 nights on a yearly basis with maximum occupancy of 6 persons.
b) Gold Even / Odd - 2 hotel rooms for 8 days/ 7 nights on a alternate year basis with maximum occupancy of 6 persons.
c) Privilege Full Term - 1 hotel room for 8 days / 7 nights on a yearly basis with maximum occupancy of 3 persons
d) Privilege Even / Odd - 1 hotel room for 8 days / 7 nights on a alternate year basis with maximum occupancy of 3 persons.
    ACCRUALS/ADVANCES
a) Weeks can be brought forward or advanced from the year before as long as the maximum of 14 nights is maintained.
b) The annual maintenance fees has to be fully paid before any advances or accruals can be done.
c) Notice must be given in writing to HGVC within the first three (3) months of his / her entitlement (as of the agreement date) of the vacation week of his / her intention to accrue his / her vacation week to the following year.
    ANNUAL MAINTENANCE FEES (AMF)
a) The Annual Maintenance (AMF) fee is payable by the Member upon the annual due date and upon advancement of utilisation of the Member's holiday entitlement.
b) The current prevailing AMF payable to HGVC for Gold and Gold Even / Odd Year membership is RM 262.50 (Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred Sixty Two and Cents Fifty Only) and RM 210.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred and Ten Only) (excluding government taxes) for the Privilege and Privilege Even / Odd Year membership respectively subject to review from time to time.
c) c) The AMF fees are payable for the purpose of maintenance of resort facilities and operation and administration.
    PAYMENT
a) Upon receipt of payment up to 50%, the member will automatically be enrolled into Resorts Condominium International (RCI) so that exchanges to overseas resorts can be made.
    CHECKING IN
a) Standard check in time for most resorts is 2pm and check out time is 12 noon. Should any other arrangements be made, please contact the respective resort.
    EXCHANGING OF NIGHTS
a) Subject to availability and only during non-peak periods and provided that all dues and annual maintenance fees are fully paid, a Member may exchange his annual seven (7) nights entitlement for the usage of more accommodation units at any one time, for example :-
i) Member is entitled to seven (7) nights in any one year or alternate year, as the case may be.
ii) Member may exchange the seven (7) nights' entitlement for seven (7) rooms for one (1) night (Privilege and Privilege Even / Odd Member) or he may exchange the seven (7) nights' entitlement for fourteen (14) rooms for one (1) night (Gold and Gold Even / Odd Member).
iii) Subject to availability and only during non-peak periods, a Member may exchange two (2) nights of his weekdays for one (1) night of a weekend. A written request for the exchange must be sent to HGVC at least one (1) month before the proposed travel date should the Member decide on an exchange. If a Member exchanges weekdays for weekends, the seven (7) nights annual entitlement will be shortened according to the number of weekdays exchange, for example :-
iv) the Member is entitled to five (5) weekday nights and two (2) weekend nights in any one year or alternate year, as the case may be : 5 weekday nights + 2 weekend nights = 7 nights
v) the Member may exchange any two (2) weekday nights (leaving three (3) weekday nights) for an extra one (1) weekend night : 3 weekday nights + (1 + 2) weekend nights = 6 nights; or
vi) the Member may exchange four (4) weekday nights (leaving one (1) day weekday night) for two (2) extra weekend nights : 1 weekday night + (2 + 2) weekend nights = 5 nights.
